AFC Materials Group, a family-owned and operated global manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Specialist to support our Industrial customers in the West Coast region. This role is essential as we expand our reach and enhance our customer service capabilities.

Position Overview:

This remote position requires candidates to reside in or be willing to relocate to the West Coast region, which includes Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and Canada. Candidates must also be prepared to travel to the corporate headquarters several times a year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for industrial MRO products, including PTFE fabrics, PTFE/silicone belting, and pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes.
  • Provide expert consultation on various industrial applications.
  • Proactively seek, develop, and finalize new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Inside Representatives and Customer Retention Specialists to coordinate regional activities.
  • Engage with existing customers to ensure their expectations are met and identify potential for growth.
  • Conduct thorough discovery and adhere to the AFC sales methodology.
  • Regularly check in with the Global Customer Success Leader.
  • Analyze sales data using business intelligence tools to identify customer trends.
  • Document all activities in Salesforce.
  • Travel 50-75% of the time for customer visits and trade shows.
  • Maintain a home office 25-50% of the time.

Qualifications:
