Position Overview:

The Hospitality Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall guest experience at our establishments. This position demands a strong background in restaurant management, particularly in both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead FOH operations to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Exemplify top-tier hospitality practices and mentor team members to achieve the same standards.
  • Analyze guest feedback, recognize achievements, and address concerns to enhance service quality.
  • Manage scheduling for the Hospitality team to align with business requirements.
  • Review online ordering and takeout metrics to improve the pick-up experience.
  • Ensure seamless execution of FOH and BOH operations during shifts, including store opening and closing procedures.
  • Support the Managing Partner and Kitchen Manager in the overall restaurant operations.
  • Initiate and implement strategies to boost sales and enhance store performance.
  • Clearly communicate expectations and maintain consistent follow-ups with team members.
  • Uphold quality standards and food safety protocols across Hospitality and BOH teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and sanitation regulations.
  • Coordinate local marketing efforts to promote the restaurant.
  • Enhance the bar experience, positioning it as a key destination within the establishment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, overseeing both FOH and BOH operations.
  • Strong understanding of training and development methodologies.
  • Possession of required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management capabilities.
  • Experience in a scratch kitchen setting.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods and walk for long durations.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for items on shelves at various heights.
