Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at American Pub, LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer loyalty, and drive revenue growth.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce waste and improve profitability.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year college degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience working in a full-service restaurant, with a proven track record of success in operations management and customer service.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of restaurant staff. Proficient in inventory management, financial analysis, and sales growth strategies.
