Overview

PassionHR Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our fastener sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales workflows, and expanding product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Leadership
    • Direct and mentor the internal sales team to ensure sales objectives are consistently achieved or surpassed.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and efficiency.
  • External Partner Management
    • Collaborate closely with external sales partners to ensure their objectives align with the company's goals.
    • Enhance their performance for maximum effectiveness.
  • Product Line Expansion
    • Work with product development teams to launch and expand new product offerings.
    • Ensure successful market entry and sales growth.
  • Optimization of Sales Workflows
    • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales operations.
    • Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
  • Sales Strategy Formulation
    • Design and execute detailed sales strategies to meet company revenue targets.
    • Foster market growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis
    • Consistently monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
    • Guide decision-making and enhance sales outcomes.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration
    • Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams.
    • Ensure that goals are aligned and sales initiatives are executed seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management, ideally within the fastener sector.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Ability to achieve results through a customer-centric and data-informed approach.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related technology.
