The Role:

As a Fitness Studio Leader, you will serve as the driving force of our studio. Your leadership will enhance the performance of our sales and fitness teams, directly influencing our members' experiences and the studio's overall success. This position extends beyond conventional sales; it’s about embracing individuals into a lifestyle that prioritizes wellness, connection, and shared success. Your goal will be to cultivate meaningful relationships within our local community, collaborate with like-minded enterprises, and welcome new members into the Row House family, guiding them towards their fitness aspirations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the regional manager and business owners to guarantee operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily and weekend operations, providing motivation and direction to sales and fitness personnel.
  • Devise and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost membership growth and retention.
  • Be accountable for achieving revenue and membership goals, utilizing your creativity and analytical abilities to broaden our outreach.
  • Manage all studio operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and members.
  • Act as the manager on duty in the absence of the regional manager, supporting studio staff in training, development, and performance management.
  • Develop, promote, and oversee an effective referral program to encourage our members to share their Row House experience with friends and family, thereby driving membership growth.
  • Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care communications to enhance customer satisfaction, address inquiries, and encourage ongoing engagement with our studio.
  • Lead engaging and informative studio previews and tours for prospects and existing fitness program holders, showcasing the unique benefits and inclusive environment of Row House, and addressing any questions they may have.
  • Assist in onboarding new members by providing them with all the necessary information to get started, and implement retention strategies to maintain a high level of member engagement and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • A leader with 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • A self-motivated individual who is passionate about fitness and excels at building strong community connections.
  • Skilled in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and operational logistics.
  • Driven by a challenging, team-oriented environment and committed to achieving excellence.
  • An effective communicator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Proven history of meeting sales targets and driving business growth through innovative strategies and community engagement.
