Position Overview

[solidcore] is in search of a dedicated Lead Fitness Coach who embodies a passion for promoting the [solidcore] ethos and workout regimen. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the Lead Fitness Coach will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the Studio's performance and contributing to [solidcore]'s vision of becoming the premier boutique fitness studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal coach for the [solidcore] studio, maintaining a robust schedule of 14+ classes weekly.
  • Set a benchmark for both new and existing coaches through exemplary performance and expectations.
  • Deliver an exceptional fitness experience and customer service that aligns with [solidcore] standards.
  • Achieve individual and studio-wide utilization and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to support daily studio operations.
  • Lead community outreach and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and foster long-term relationships.
  • Facilitate the development of coaching staff by providing constructive feedback and support during new coach training sessions.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of studio retail offerings, including class packages, promotions, and merchandise.
  • Perform routine operational tasks such as inventory management, supply ordering, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure the studio environment and equipment are consistently clean and fully operational.
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • This is a full-time, exempt position with an expected commitment of 40 hours per week, including 14 classes coached.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate training schedules and business needs.
  • Capability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Proficiency in g-Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.

Compensation and Benefits
