Position Title: Food Runner

Position Summary

The Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience by proactively meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food promptly and efficiently.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience.
  • Evaluate customer needs and support servers as required.
  • Assist with dishwashing duties when time allows.
  • Help maintain cleanliness by clearing tables.
  • Manage waste disposal tasks.
  • Restock and replenish disposable items as necessary.
  • Maintain a guest-centric focus to foster an exceptional dining atmosphere.
  • Adhere to all food and beverage safety regulations.

Position Requirements

  • Resume and demonstrated experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
  • Positive demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Schedule

Various shifts are available, ranging from 4 to 10 hours.
