Position Overview

[solidcore] is seeking a dedicated Lead Fitness Instructor who embodies the essence of the [solidcore] brand and workout philosophy. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, this role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the Studio's performance and contributing to [solidcore]'s vision of becoming the premier boutique fitness studio. The Lead Fitness Instructor is expected to exemplify the traits of an outstanding coach, leading an average of fourteen (14) classes weekly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary coach for the [solidcore] studio, maintaining a full schedule of over 14 classes each week.
  • Set a benchmark for both new and existing coaches by demonstrating exemplary coaching standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional fitness and customer service experience that aligns with [solidcore] expectations.
  • Achieve individual and studio-wide utilization and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to support daily studio operations.
  • Lead community outreach and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and foster long-term relationships.
  • Facilitate the development of coaching staff by providing ongoing feedback and supporting new coach training sessions.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of studio retail offerings, including class packages, promotions, and merchandise.
  • Perform routine operational tasks such as inventory management, supply ordering, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure the studio environment and equipment are consistently clean and fully operational.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • This is a full-time, exempt position with an anticipated commitment of 40 hours per week, including 14 classes coached.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate training and business needs.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Proficiency in g-Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.

Compensation and Benefits
