About the Role

InvestCloud is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to align cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to equip revenue-generating teams with necessary resources, tools, and processes for success. This role focuses on optimizing team performance by providing training, content, and analytics to drive revenue growth. The position will collaborate closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives leading to improved revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes spanning demand generation to renewal across various teams.
  • Design and implement programs, content, and tools to build product knowledge, enable selling skills, and focus on value-based messaging leveraging market and competitive intelligence.
  • Contribute to the build-out of a strong revenue enablement function based on company needs.
  • Assist in product launches by preparing and enabling sales teams to understand solutions and successfully sell them with proper collateral.
  • Establish project milestones and manage project plans to ensure enablement activities and growth enablement initiatives are delivered timely.
  • Build and optimize effective, efficient onboarding programs, collaborating closely with key stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Assess current state, identify gaps, and implement/optimize enablement-specific tools and resources.
  • Establish and regularly measure KPIs to assess effectiveness and value of enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong, cross-functional relationships to ensure efficiency of revenue teams through enablement and ensure successful completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience designing and managing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Creative and analytical thinker/problem solver with a focus on the 'So What?'.
  • Ability to manage concurrent high-priority projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling with ability to articulate and communicate strategies and plans across different teams.
  • Driven, analytical, creative problem solver, self-starter who takes initiative for proactively supporting both strategy and tactical execution plans with high diligence and delivery excellence.
  • Experience with Microsoft product suite, in particular, Excel and PowerPoint.
