Your compensation will range between $68,000-$70,720 per year.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. Your day will be filled with energy and creativity as you tackle daily challenges and ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, including walk-in refrigeration/freezer units, stationary and mobile equipment, and all kitchen surfaces
  • Manage china, glass, and silver inventories within operational breakage allowances
  • Establish controls to guard against theft and waste
  • Schedule and coordinate non-cooking kitchen personnel engaged in activities such as dishwashing, burnishing, and kitchen garbage recycling and disposal
  • Manage equipment stores and generate necessary equipment requisitions
  • Manage banquet equipment needs and turnover, distribution, and stewarding staffing needs
  • Kitchen maintenance and cleaning request scheduling
  • Garbage recycling and disposal
  • Equipment storage area inspections
  • Participate in inventories
  • Support Capital Projects for FF&E and OS&E in F&B
  • Participate in Kitchen Inspections
  • Attend weekly Department Head, Food & Beverage, Catering, and Kitchen meetings
  • Conduct weekly supervisory stewarding meetings
  • Proficient use of all department equipment
