Job Title: Content Editor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Content Editor to join our team at Expedia Group. As a Content Editor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality post-production video editing for various projects, collaborating with brand teams and media channels to deliver assets across Expedia brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging stories through creative and collaborative video editing
  • Ability to create and work from video templates
  • Working with our in-house Producers to provide editorial expertise that enables creative output to a high technical standard
  • Work with Producers to plan your time to ensure deadlines are met
  • Partner across the company—with brand strategists, product and technology professionals, producers, customer engagement specialists and more—to develop a deep understanding of our brands
  • Use data insights that resolve strategic problems
  • Can work flexibly and fluidly, build trust with others, and see the big picture while keeping an eye on every detail

Requirements:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience as a Video Editor
  • Excellent understanding of industry standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Particularly After Effects and Premier - Figma)
  • Website, Reel or Portfolio of work required
  • Experience with ElevenLabs or Runway a plus
  • AI experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of brand design with experience working with global brands
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong multi-tasking skills; able to prioritize own work and manage time effectively
  • Have a passion for design, culture and digital trends
  • A team player with a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic
  • You strive for new creative ways of working and original ideas

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
