ADP is seeking a Senior Project Implementation Manager.

In this role, you will oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects to meet business objectives within specified timelines and financial parameters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead all phases of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing deliverables, activities, timelines, and budgets.

Oversee daily project activities and team members within a matrixed environment.

Ensure successful achievement of milestones through diligent oversight of project tools and resource coordination.

Collaborate effectively with various departments that influence project outcomes.

Facilitate communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide regular and on-demand status updates and reports.

Manage project timelines and financial resources.

Identify, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues as necessary.

Customize processes to align with the specific needs of each project.

Make informed decisions promptly based on available information and insights.

Engage in projects of significant complexity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of three years of experience in project management.

A college degree is beneficial but not mandatory; possessing the necessary skills is paramount.

Other acceptable experiences may include:
Relevant experience as outlined above, OR

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

PMP or an equivalent professional project management certification.

Experience with project management software and structured methodologies.

Knowledge of relevant functional areas and associated company products.

Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills for managing multiple and competing priorities.

Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Visio.

A commitment to accountability for results.

Ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

A strong focus on client service.

Independent thinking and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

A collaborative approach to teamwork.

Capacity to effectively lead a team.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
