Position:
Senior Technical Project Manager focused on supporting healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and ensure follow-up actions are communicated effectively.
- Identify and procure necessary resources while coordinating efforts among team members and external partners to achieve project goals.
- Establish project objectives and maintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, including benefits realization.
- Oversee large-scale projects that span multiple departments, addressing diverse stakeholder needs and utilizing various technologies.
- Provide updates and reports to departmental and executive leadership.
- Work collaboratively with the team to address workflow management challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Proactively seek out and implement process improvements to enhance project outcomes.
- Leverage knowledge of organizational processes and policies to drive successful project execution.
- Engage with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and share best practices.
- Serve as the primary contact for all analytics-related inquiries from clients.
- Translate complex business objectives into actionable plans for technical teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in project or program management.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and ServiceNow for at least 3 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in defining project roles and processes with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site for a significant portion of the time.
- Must reside within a reasonable distance from the work location.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification.
- Experience in project management within the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in email and presentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and allocate resources effectively.
- Experience in navigating and coordinating efforts across various teams.
