Job Overview

VDart Inc is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex IVR projects using Avaya/Genesys platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling project teams, identifying resources, and developing schedules to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple IVR projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Assemble and lead project teams, identifying and allocating resources to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing IVR projects using Avaya/Genesys or similar platforms.
  • Deep experience in communicating and negotiating with senior stakeholders from multiple departments.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification.
  • Experience in the health solutions industry.
