Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, leveraging your expertise in commercial lending and credit analysis to drive growth and revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment on potential clients, ensuring that our bank's credit policies and procedures are followed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including credit administration, middle market lending credit staff, and loan servicing teams, to ensure seamless execution of loan transactions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the loan process.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of corporate banking experience, with a strong background in commercial lending and credit analysis.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment.
What We Offer

As a Senior Corporate Banking Relationship Manager at Bank of Hope, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our bank. We offer a competitive salary range of $195,000 - $215,000, plus bonus and benefits, based on qualifications, level, and location.
