Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the team
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in relationship management and business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
