Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through various channels, including cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and business plans.
- Establish and oversee sales targets and quotas.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer support and address client inquiries.
- Stay informed about product features and benefits.
- Deliver professional after-sales support.
- Prepare and present performance reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Travel for client engagements and industry events as needed.
- Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the InsureTech domain.
- A minimum of 5 years in a Sales Account Executive role or similar, with experience engaging C-Suite executives.
- 5 years of experience in the insurance or InsureTech industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software; knowledge of Pipedrive is advantageous.
- A proactive approach and a sense of ownership regarding performance and its impact on company success.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative team player with excellent time management skills.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing.
- Experience working in a remote environment with a global team.
