Job Title: Systems Analyst

Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in accelerating projects in NextGen Operations Workstation and related technologies from conceptualization to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support business planning.
  • Analyze new sets of data and generate meaningful trends.
  • Develop consumer behavior studies, business proposals, and other relevant documents.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for various projects and applications.
  • Create visualization and data representation models using modern techniques.
  • Help the team convert concepts into prototypes.
  • 5 years of professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions.
  • Proven experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authorizing solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems.
  • Proven experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in general.
  • Solid understanding and experience with complex relational database schemas and SQL management tools.
  • Experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, and APIs.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Reverse engineer code to understand business logic and develop prototypes.
  • Have good understanding of solution architecture and partner with Architects, Business Analysts, and Tech Leads.
  • Have end-to-end knowledge of system interactions and be able to articulate well to different audiences.
  • Produce artifacts such as business flow diagrams.
  • Prod incidents analysis using Splunk queries and build dashboards/alerts.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related technology.

  • Understanding of business processes and ability to convert them into technological functional flows.
  • Meticulous person with a real passion for accuracy, clarity, and diligence.
  • Deeply effective in written and verbal communications and presentation.
  • A self-starter who can rapidly assimilate business processes, goals, and objectives.
  • Understand how technology can automate business processes and effectively propose, challenge, and engage in ideation with business and technology teams.
  • Assist in identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of problems within the production and non-production environment.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership and influencing skills.
  • Dedicated, self-managed, energetic, passionate, and motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • A hands-on technologist with an immense desire to learn new technologies and experiment with these technologies to come up with innovative solutions.
  • Evangelize and promote the successes and findings of your team in formal ceremonies and casual conversation.
  • Ability to lead formal and informal presentations in various settings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and influence team members and external groups.
  • Ability to effectively navigate the organization to achieve outcomes.
  • Demonstrable ability to work on multiple efforts simultaneously and committed to quality output.
  • Strong analytical skills to research and review existing systems and recommend designs.
  • Experience working with design and testing of APIs, database/SQL, Cloud environments.
