The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and visitors of the hotel. This includes checking guests in and out, processing payments, and providing information on hotel services and room locations.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, registering them and issuing room keys as needed.
- Process all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, in accordance with established procedures.
- Communicate with guests and management to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
- Respond to guest complaints and make service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software, including hotel management systems.
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, and 401k with company match.
