About the Role:
As a pivotal member of our organization, the Customer Engagement Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. At Instep Management Group, we pride ourselves on fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace that values teamwork and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Engagement Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding new clients effectively
- Enhancing customer loyalty and engagement
- Listening attentively to customer concerns and resolving conflicts
- Identifying the root causes of issues and proposing effective solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Promoting additional products to clients to boost revenue
- Communicating trends and insights to sales account managers for continuous improvement
