About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Tag Management Specialist to join our team at Harvard Partners Trusted IT Advisors. As a key member of our analytics, tracking, and insights delivery function, you will play a critical role in helping our clients proactively anticipate and predict customer and prospect behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Tagging Requirements Documentation: Create detailed documentation of tagging requirements for Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' digital assets.
  • Execute Technical Implementation: Implement and validate Adobe tracking and pixel tags, including technical configuration in Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system, to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Validate and Troubleshoot Tagging Issues: Identify and resolve tagging and tracking issues in a timely manner, communicating status and next steps with stakeholders via JIRA.
  • Maintain Tagging Documentation: Update and manage technical requirements documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital assets.
  • Collaborate with Digital Analytics Team: Work closely with our Digital Analytics team to provide tracking solutions and ensure seamless integration with our clients' digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • 2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience with Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system in web and mobile app environments.
  • Adobe Analytics Expertise: Strong understanding of Adobe Analytics implementation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and data layers, with a strong understanding of tagging, variables, and custom metric setup.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
