As a Marketing Specialist at Sasaki, you will be instrumental in the meticulous creation of high-quality marketing collateral across various projects. This includes, but is not limited to, proposals, qualifications documents, brochures, interview presentations, and comprehensive project pages.

Your responsibilities will also encompass supporting the design teams in crafting compelling presentations for client interviews, focusing on both content and delivery. You will engage in strategic discussions with senior leadership regarding business development initiatives, tracked through our CRM system, and lead research efforts on prospective clients and competitors.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in an AEC firm managing multiple submissions simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to articulate the strengths of a firm with a diverse and intricate portfolio, particularly through the RFP/RFQ process.
  • Passion for environmental issues and urbanism; you will quickly become a subject matter expert and continue to enhance your industry knowledge.
  • Exceptional proficiency in InDesign, particularly within a branded template.
  • Experience and confidence in communicating with senior firm leaders.
  • Document review experience to ensure compliance with brand standards and accuracy.
  • Key attributes include being a collaborative team player, adept at managing multiple priorities, comfortable with ambiguity, and possessing a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is highly desirable.
  • Experience with CRM systems or managing project information databases.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with OpenAsset, Deltek, or Salesforce.
  • Experience with Chicago Style is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, seek solutions to complex challenges, and ask insightful questions.
