We are seeking a results-driven leader to fill the role of Vice President, Facilities Projects and Services at Rutland Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our executive team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for facilities master planning, construction project management, and facility maintenance.

About the Position

The VP will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers, technicians, and project managers, and will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the hospital's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities master planning, construction project management, and facility maintenance.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to facilities management and construction project management.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the facilities management team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting.
  • An aptitude for leading support services, facilities/engineering, and construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Estimated Salary

$140,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
