Rutland Regional Medical Center Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our building utility systems, infrastructure, interiors, and non-medical equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day implementation and management of various plans and systems in compliance with relevant standards.
Responsibilities- Manage and execute maintenance and repair activities for all building systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for new equipment based on manufacturer recommendations or alternative equipment maintenance (AEM) programs.
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to assist in day-to-day activities, projects, and events.
- Participate in operational and capital budgeting processes and manage assigned budgets.
- Maintenance and repair management experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of hospital equipment and building primary and secondary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing distribution equipment.
- Certification in Healthcare Facilities Management (CHFM) is preferred.
- Licensure at a Master level or certification in a building trade is desirable.
The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining customer focus. Solid project management experience is required.
CompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $73,500 - $117,500 per year.
