Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead its facilities projects and services. This pivotal role demands a visionary professional with a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.

Job Summary

This Vice President position represents an exceptional opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to drive Rutland Regional Medical Center's facilities master planning, construction project management, and facility maintenance initiatives. Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Judi Fox, the successful candidate will lead a high-performing team responsible for Engineering and Maintenance, Environmental Services/Linen, Compliance and Safety, and Construction Project Management staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans for facilities projects and services
  • Manage hospital construction and remodeling projects of significant size and scope
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state laws, and regulations related to hospital permits and accreditations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives
Requirements

To be considered for this esteemed position, applicants must possess:

  • A Master's degree in facilities, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic and visionary leadership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior management and regulatory agencies
  • Experience with project and operations management, contract administration, and budgeting
Competitive Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive compensation package, Rutland Regional Medical Center offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
