About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Government Property Manager to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our Property Administration Team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Government Property Management, from proposal stage to property closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee contract property requirements, provide support for Government/DCMA and Customer On-Site & Limited Surveys, and ensure compliance with FAR Government Property standards.
  • Compliance and Governance: Maintain a clear understanding of property compliance requirements, including FAR, DFAR, and DCMA Guidebook for Government Contract Property Administration, and ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Provide supervisory management to junior property team members, prepare and provide training to functional departments and programs, and analyze data to maximize efficiency and ensure the integrity of property records.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, build relationships with various functional departments and management, and work to maintain Government-approved Property Business System fully compliant with Government, customer, and contractual requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of Government Property Management experience, or additional work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Certifications and Skills: Current Certified Professional Property Manager or able to obtain within a year, experience reading and comprehending government contracts, good verbal and written communication skills, ability to analyze data, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerBI.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with UNISON CLM, Costpoint, and AssetSmart.
