Assistant Property Manager

Enterprise Community, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our residential operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and attractive living environment for residents, exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and strong financial results.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently demonstrate the HEROES principles of HELPFUL, ENGAGED, RESPONSIVE, OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENCE, and SUCCESS in all activities and interactions.
- Interact with residents, communicate effectively, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals and maintain knowledge of competitive properties and market trends.
- Comply with Enterprise Residential's policies and procedures, external regulatory requirements, and ensure strict compliance with the Fair Housing Act.
- Collect rents, monitor and manage delinquencies, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide direction to the team in the absence of the Property Manager and promote resident services initiatives.
- Prepare, monitor, and distribute reports on operational and financial data.
- Participate in training sessions and keep the Property Manager informed of any information that could affect property operations.
- Minimum three years' experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- NCHM COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) & TCS (Tax Credit Specialist) Certification or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skills, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse group of associates, residents, and external agencies.
- Ability to apply reason, logic, and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues.
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy, with a strong customer service orientation.
