Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Wealth Advisor to enhance our Wealth Management division. This role is crucial in fostering and maintaining wealth management relationships through effective collaboration with a diverse team of banking professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized financial strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including investment management and risk assessment.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by evaluating needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal banking professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
- Present financial strategies and recommendations effectively to clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing superior client service in a collaborative environment.
- Possesses a deep understanding of investment, insurance, and banking strategies.
- Exhibits outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
- Has a proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses, along with life and health insurance certification, are required.
- CFP certification is highly desirable.
- Proficient in financial planning software and complex financial modeling.
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
