Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Client Account Service Associate to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a Client Account Service Associate, you will play a critical role in managing the execution of client service activities for multiple Wealth Advisors across multiple regions. This position requires exceptional service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of client service activities for multiple Wealth Advisors across multiple regions.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, including new client onboarding, account opening, account maintenance, and processing cash flows.
- Assist Wealth Advisors with client and prospect presentations, pipeline reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Take ownership of other Wealth Advisor office tasks, allowing them to focus on revenue growth.
- Organize and maintain complete client account and trade-related records for Wealth Advisors and certain required files for branch offices.
- Act as a first line of defense in identifying potential suspicious client activity or behavior and following normal enterprise escalation procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-4+ years of experience, ideally in a service or operational role at a wealth management or brokerage firm.
- FINRA Series 7& 66 (65/63) licenses preferred.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of investment management industry and products.
- Excellent client service skills, attention to detail, and follow through.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Enjoys creating relationships with clients and resolving client account needs.
- Strong oral and written communication, and proficient in office software applications.
