Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide a comprehensive array of goal-oriented financial planning and wealth management strategies, including client needs assessment.
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of the firm's latest financial planning tools, methodologies, and strategies.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with the management team, ensuring compliance with supervisory guidelines and policies.
  • Identify potential clients and leverage referrals effectively.
  • Deliver tailored solutions utilizing the full resources of Bank of America Merrill.
  • Comprehend all facets of an optimal practice and engage in necessary training and development to foster a successful career as a Financial Consultant.

Essential Qualifications:

  • FINRA Series 7 & 65 (or 66) registrations required, accompanied by 5+ years of experience.
  • Established and portable practice with a minimum production of $1MM.
  • Experience in managing client portfolios and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated skills in relationship building and business development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred.
  • Proven capability to foster partnerships and enhance lead generation.
  • Experience in balancing investment management, sales activities, and new client acquisition.
  • Possession of additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset.
