Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and support for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into our services.
  • Client Service Operations: Manage client service team members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing improvements and adjustments as necessary.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve client service offerings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in Financial Client Services
  • FINRA Series SIE, 7 & 66 preferred
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor team members
  • Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • MoneyGuidePro Experience a plus
