Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Second in Command Pilot to join our team at Executive Jet Management. As a key member of our flight crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Phenom 300 aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pilot duties in accordance with our company's guidelines, FAA regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assure that our company's goals for safety, security, and quality are met by adhering to our Safety Management System (SMS) program.
  • Report any safety, security, or quality concerns or observations.
  • Arrange and obtain necessary cabin items, including catering, as required for flights.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Coordinate work schedules and schedule changes with the Chief Pilot.
  • Log and report flight and duty times.
  • Report all commercial flying performed outside the company for inclusion in flight and duty time records.
  • Maintain and provide a copy of the First Class Medical Certificate to the Flight Operations Training Department.
Requirements
  • ATP License
  • Total flight time: 2500 hours
  • Multi Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours
  • Pilot in Command: 500 hours
  • Instrument: 150 hours
  • Jet: 250 hours
  • Turbine Engine: 100 hours
