Job Description

Team Gillman is seeking an experienced Business Development Center Representative to join our team in North Houston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming sales calls, establishing relationships with customers, and scheduling appointments for our Sales Associates.

The BDC Representative will interact daily with the BDC Manager, Sales Associates, Sales Managers, support staff, and customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and responding to inbound sales calls and leads
  • Identifying customer needs and scheduling appointments
  • Placing outbound calls to potential leads
  • Ensuring customer concerns are addressed prior to appointment dates
  • Contacting customers to confirm appointments
  • Mailing marketing letters to provided leads
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have dealership experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
  • Computer literacy and strong organizational skills
