We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Stein Eriksen Lodge, a Forbes Five-Star Hotel and Spa located in Park City, Utah.

Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This role will also assist with daily front office operations, including guest check-in, room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely manner
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out, including room assignments and key distribution
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and front office operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
