Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

At L'Oréal USA, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with our salon partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon partners and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide sales support and training to salon partners

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of sales experience with a focus on business development and strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
