Manufacturing Process Specialist

Are you a motivated professional looking for a challenging role in manufacturing? We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems and processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your knowledge in product design, materials, fabrication processes, tooling, and production equipment capabilities.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Evaluate and optimize existing processes to reduce costs and improve quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new products and processes
- Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in manufacturing
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
- Management skills with the ability to lead a project from conception to completion
- Proficient in software and Microsoft (CAD/CAM)
