IT Support Specialist

At Berry Solutions Group, we are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our internal help desk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 Help Desk Triage and Support, learning and understanding how to use our ConnectWise Manage Ticket System, and communicating with customers by phone, email, and through our ticketing system.
The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in information technology or 1-2 years of experience working in an IT help desk environment. Strong written and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to perform basic time and task tracking. Familiarity with malware, antivirus, and other security solutions is also required.
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for triaging and escalating support tickets, performing weekly check sheets to maintain a healthy customer environment, and setting up and provisioning laptops, desktops, and other endpoint devices for customers and internal staff. They will also be responsible for provisioning user accounts using Active Directory, creating, reviewing, and modifying Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Base articles, and verifying monthly reporting for customer distribution.
The successful candidate will be a team player with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and will be comfortable communicating with all team members. A valid driver's license is also required.
