Insurance Operations Coordinator

As an Insurance Operations Coordinator at Spencer Petersen American Family Insurance, you will play a vital role in supporting our agency's daily operations and contributing to our growth. Responsibilities include managing and monitoring multiple customer touchpoints throughout the customer life cycle, ensuring a sustained long-term relationship. You will also provide personalized and professional customer service, building trust and fostering strong customer relationships.

Requirements include 1+ years of previous office experience, basic computer software knowledge with experience in MS Office, and the ability to pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data.
