Job Overview

Position Type: In-Person Role

The Criminal Justice Program Analyst will play a pivotal role in advancing the strategic objectives of law enforcement initiatives while overseeing daily operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate critical mission activities and risk management projects.
  • Assist in the formulation of strategic plans aligned with overarching directives.
  • Coordinate the integration of various organizational inputs into defined goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert consultation and thorough analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support both operational and administrative functions.
  • Assist with various law enforcement requirements and validation processes.
  • Conduct Personal Security Vulnerability Assessments and manage related documentation.
  • Deliver briefings to senior leadership on program initiatives.
  • Organize travel arrangements through the Defense Travel System.
  • Oversee property management and compliance audits.
  • Conduct market research for acquisitions and develop corresponding requirements.
  • Coordinate events involving law enforcement and Department of Defense personnel.
  • Engage with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners on significant projects.
  • Perform additional operational tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:

Essential Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in law enforcement.
  • 3-5 years of experience with the Department of Defense.
  • Possession of a minimum Secret Clearance.
  • Experience in supporting mission-critical programs.
  • Proficient in preparing materials and executive summaries for senior officials.
  • Experience in briefing high-level executives regularly.
  • Background in managing operations for law enforcement or protection mission organizations.
  • Experience in supporting intelligence and protection mission programs.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate various databases and software systems.
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or Publicly Available Information (PAI) tools.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity risks.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Previous experience with a law enforcement agency.
  • Experience in coordinating with other Department of Defense and government agencies.
