Regulatory Administration Manager

We are seeking a Regulatory Administration Manager to join our team in Bohemia, NY. This role will involve managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Terms and Conditions to ensure compatibility and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, with a focus on government contracts and regulatory compliance. They should also have experience working with MS Dynamics and FAR/DFAR regulations.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  2. Manage all contractual documents, including RFPs, Contracts, and Terms and Conditions.
  3. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace Health & Safety rules.
  4. Provide training and support to employees on compliance procedures.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with government regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum four years of experience in contract administration.
  • Experience with government contracts, specifically FAR and DFAR regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
