Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead EHS Specialist, focusing on Environmental Compliance Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental health and safety, with experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks.
  • Investigate EHS incidents using root cause analysis methodologies and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and manage site safety concerns, including hazardous waste and stormwater programs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of EHS training, procedures, and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in EHS management, with a focus on compliance and program development.
  • Strong knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and NFPA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze and resolve complex problems.
