LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Government Contract Coordinator to join our team in Bohemia, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, with a focus on government contracts and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Terms and Conditions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, third-party contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace Health & Safety rules.
  • Provide support to employees on compliance procedures.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum four years of experience in contract administration.
  • Experience with government contracts, specifically FAR and DFAR regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
