eTeam is seeking an experienced Onboarding Program Manager with a proven track record to join our Global Onboarding team. This team is responsible for driving the success of new hire and hiring manager onboarding through exceptional experiences and stakeholder collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Outstanding Onboarding Experiences
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for various work environments, including hybrid, in-person, and virtual settings.
- Coordinate and facilitate orientation programs, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
- Manage Cross-Functional Projects
- Lead global onboarding project initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and program partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Foster Connections and a Sense of Belonging
- Create community-building opportunities throughout the onboarding journey.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, HR, or a related field, with a focus on onboarding program management and process improvement.
- Accomplished in public facilitation, with the ability to lead, captivate, and engage participants.
- Experience in customer service, communication, and collaborating with various teams, enabling effective engagement with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong project management skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on forming relationships and influencing cross-functional and global partners.
- Strong data analysis skills to identify patterns and trends, enabling data-driven decisions that enhance the onboarding experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HR learning and onboarding software and tools.
- Experience with onboarding solutions that apply artificial intelligence, enabling you to explore creative approaches and improve onboarding experiences through intelligent automation.
- Experience supporting organizations through scale and change, providing expertise to navigate complex environments and manage transitions effectively.
