Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Austin. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the Consumer Goods or Automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for various roles within the Consumer Goods or Automotive industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and ensure a successful match.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including head hunting, business development, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to attract top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
