Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Austin. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our team of experienced Recruiters in coordinating the flow of information between Recruiters, Candidates, and Internal clients.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in internal client intake meetings and post job openings to corporate and external job boards.
- Identify potential leads, prospects, and applicants to initiate the recruitment process.
- Work within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to drive hiring workflow requirements and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with experienced Recruiters on pipeline priorities and adjust search efforts as needed.
- Coordinate pre-interview and post-interview meetings and provide necessary materials.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating hiring manager, team, and candidate activities as needed.
- Collect, initiate, and execute reference checks on candidates in the hiring workflow.
- Create, manage, and share weekly reporting on active hiring workflows.
- Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
- Strong PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
- 1+ years of recruiting coordinator, HR, or administrative experience.
- A collaborative and dynamic work environment that supports professional growth and development.
