  • Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Nutritional Services Coordinator, you will aid the operations and nutrition departments in conducting nutritional assessments related to menus, implementing allergen awareness, and wellness initiatives. You will support the execution of wellness commitments under the guidance of a supervising Dietitian, execute plans concerning nutritional programs and strategies set by the leadership team, and ensure adherence to established protocols. This includes training operational teams and reporting compliance with these protocols.
  • Receive and monitor recipes from the culinary and wellness teams, input recipes into nutritional analysis software following the recipe entry checklist, communicate any missing information, accurately maintain tracking logs, and provide updates on recipe entry progress.
  • Conduct weekly reviews and audits of menus in cafes to ensure compliance with established menu protocols.
  • Assist in the signage and communication of nutritional information in areas where menu labeling is provided.
  • Support routine monitoring of nutrition program details, including menu entry and communication regarding menu items, report identified issues to management, and follow reporting directives.
  • Assist in delivering food allergen awareness training.
  • Participate in the ongoing monitoring of food allergen awareness protocols, including descriptive menu labeling and effective guest communication.
  • Support the supervising Dietitian in site-specific wellness programming, including on-site demonstrations, community education events, and wellness-focused initiatives.

Rate of Pay:

USD $25.00 /Hr.

  • Qualifications for a Nutritional Services Coordinator include:
  • A solid understanding of nutrition and basic culinary skills, either personally or professionally.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with online communication tools, including email and shared document platforms, is essential.
