Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Nutritional Wellness Specialist to undertake various dietary and wellness responsibilities within the Compass Group framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adopt and promote Compass Group's culinary philosophy and wellness programs
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with nutrition-related regulations
  • Engage in marketing and promotional efforts on campus
  • Collaborate on customized wellness initiatives with internal and client teams
  • Educate staff on wellness standards and dietary guidelines
  • Stay updated on culinary and nutritional advancements
  • Ensure accuracy and nutritional integrity of menus
  • Facilitate nutrition workshops and maintain program effectiveness
Qualifications:
  • Registered Dietitian credentials from CDR required
  • State Dietetics Licensing Board license where applicable
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wellness, preferably in educational or corporate settings
  • Serve-Safe certification is desirable
  • Familiarity with nutrition analysis software is a plus
