Position SummaryWe are seeking a Full-Time, Onsite Nutritional Wellness Consultant. This role is pivotal in providing nutrition and wellness guidance, ensuring adherence to corporate nutrition initiatives, and supporting specific dietary needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and promote Compass Group's food philosophy and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with nutrition-related regulations, including menu labeling and dietary requirements.
- Utilize nutrient analysis software to maintain high standards of nutritional quality.
- Collaborate with management teams to enhance marketing efforts for wellness events and dining promotions.
- Develop tailored wellness programs in partnership with onsite management and senior leaders.
- Serve as a nutrition resource, building relationships with internal teams and client groups.
- Educate operational teams on wellness standards and food allergy management protocols.
- Stay informed on current nutrition trends and communicate insights to the team.
- Work closely with culinary teams to ensure meals are nutritionally balanced and appealing.
- Conduct workshops on nutrition topics for interested groups.
- Maintain accurate labeling and documentation for menu items, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) is required.
- State licensure as applicable is required.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in wellness within educational or corporate environments.
- Preferred: Serve-Safe certification, or obtain within the first twelve weeks of employment.
- Familiarity with nutrition analysis tools is advantageous.
- Culinary or foodservice experience is highly preferred.
