As a Nutrition Specialist, your role will involve assessing the dietary needs and implementing tailored nutrition plans for our residents. Specific Duties Include:
Conducting thorough nutritional evaluations for residents

Creating and overseeing the execution of personalized nutrition care plans

  • Qualifications for a Nutrition Specialist:
Valid state license or eligibility for licensure

Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field

Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Preferred experience in a long-term care environment

Strong clinical skills and critical thinking capabilities

Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Interest in the nutritional and health care needs of the elderly and chronically ill

Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
