MMP Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide comprehensive counseling services in support of a well-known organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.
  • Perform thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' presenting concerns, strengths, and treatment needs.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on assessment findings, clinical diagnosis, and client goals.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops, support groups, and skill-building sessions on topics such as stress management, coping skills, communication techniques, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate integrated care plans for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethics standards.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of DC, MD, or VA.
  • Minimum of three years of post-licensure experience providing clinical counseling services.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
  • Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills.
